Fernanda Candeias

Fernanda Candeias is the Institutional and Community Relations Director at Ternium, a position they hold in 2024. Previously, they served as the Head of Public Affairs and Communication at thyssenkrupp from 2011 to 2017 and held various roles focusing on inclusion and diversity, including Coordinator at CVI-Rio and Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator at SISTEMA FIRJAN. Fernanda completed their Master of Business Administration in Corporate Communication from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo in 2017 and holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Estácio de Sá. Additionally, they currently preside over the Corporate Social Responsibility Council and lead the Association of Industries of Rio de Janeiro.
