Leandro Aguerre

Leandro Aguerre has extensive experience at Ternium since January 2012, holding various senior management roles including Coke Maintenance Senior Manager and Raw Materials & Steelmaking Services Senior Manager, responsible for the operations and safety plans in these sectors. Prior roles include Jefe Baja Máquina, Escarpado y Pantógrafos, and Jefe Planta de Calcinación, where Leandro managed operations and safety implementations. Additionally, as Responsable GMP Mecánico BOF, oversight of mechanical maintenance for various plant areas and the supervision of maintenance inspectors and technicians was undertaken. Leandro began their career at Ternium as an Analista de Mantenimiento and served as a Becario at Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, focusing on collaborative educational projects. Leandro holds a degree in Ingeniero Electromecánico from the same university, completed in 2012.
