Pablo Garcia

Pablo Garcia serves as the Ternium Global Quality Assurance Director, overseeing Quality Assurance operations across multiple regions and countries, ensuring adherence to quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. With extensive experience in quality management, Garcia had previously held the responsibilities of Quality Assurance Manager, evaluating quality management systems, conducting internal audits, and managing QMS documentation for various sectors. Prior to Ternium, Garcia worked at Phelps Dodge Company as Quality Manager and Expansion Project Administrator, managing technical quality affairs and overseeing expansion projects. Experience also includes roles at Conductores Monterrey and Magnekon, where Garcia coordinated Total Quality Management systems, and at Phelps Dodge Wire and Cable, focusing on quality assurance and total quality management under ISO 9001 standards. An involvement as a member of the National Quality Award evaluation team further highlights Garcia's expertise in quality evaluation and improvement methodologies.
