Bryan Yoon

Bryan Yoon has served as our Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel since November 2020. He previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary from November 2019 to October 2020 of LogicBio Therapeutics, a publicly-traded biotechnology company. Before that, he served as the General Counsel from November 2017 to June 2019 at Nightstar Therapeutics, PLC, a publicly-traded biotechnology company. Prior to joining Nightstar, Mr. Yoon served as the Senior Director, Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs from January 2013 to November 2017 at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company. Mr. Yoon received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Master of Engineering from Cornell University, and his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School.
