Carl Gordon

Dr. Gordon has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2013. In addition, Dr. Gordon is currently a member of OrbiMed Advisors, LLC, which he co-founded in 1998. Dr. Gordon currently serves on the boards of directors of numerous private companies. Previously, Dr. Gordon served as a director of ARMO BioSciences Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, from 2013 to June 2018, Selecta Biosciences, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, from 2010 to June 2017, Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company, from August 2015 to July 2017 and X4 Pharmaceuticals Inc. (formerly Arsanis, Inc.), a publicly traded biotechnology company, from 2013 to March 2019. He received his Ph.D. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A. from Harvard College in Chemistry and Physics.
