Nerea Burutarán Ferré is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in management and communication across various organizations. Since March 2022, Nerea has served as Directora de Personas at Ternua Group in the retail sector. Prior to this role, Nerea held multiple positions at IKERLAN from January 2015 to March 2022, including Directora de Personas y Comunicación and Responsable de Personas. Nerea's expertise was also demonstrated as Consultora Senior within the Gestión de Personas Department at Corporación MONDRAGON from July 2012 to December 2014, providing support in cultural diagnostics and employment services.
