Mauro Castro

Mauro Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and project management within the film production industry, having worked at Terphane Ltda since February 1987. As a Senior Production Manager at the Terphane Cabo Plant, Mauro oversees film lines production and has been instrumental in managing expansion projects, including the introduction of a new BOPET film line. Mauro's breadth of responsibility encompasses all aspects of production, including polymerization, film lines, industrialization, and finishing processes. Prior to Terphane, Mauro served as a Senior Process Engineer at Rhodia, focusing on product and process development and the management of new technologies and equipment. Academic credentials include a degree from Universidade Federal da Paraíba and preparatory education from CPUC-Colégio Pré Universitário Campinense.
