Paulo Sergio Mota

Paulo Sergio Mota has extensive experience in the manufacturing and production sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Since March 1998, Paulo has held various roles at TERPHANE, progressing from Técnico de Produção to Coordenador de PCP, demonstrating strong leadership and planning capabilities. Prior to TERPHANE, from July 1989 to March 1998, Paulo worked at GERDAU S/A, where positions included Analista CQ, Técnico CQ, and Supervisor de Produção. Paulo began their career at COSINOR, serving as Auxiliar Técnico from October 1987 to July 1989. Educationally, Paulo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logística Empresarial from FCAP-UPE and a Técnico em Mecânica from ETFPE.
