Rebecca Smith-Zakowicz, PG, PE, has a robust background in engineering and geosciences, highlighted by over two decades of experience in the industry. Since December 2019, Rebecca has served as Vice President and Regional Manager at Terracon, where leadership roles include Senior Principal and Principal. Prior to this, Rebecca was part of GeoConcepts Engineering from May 2002 to June 2022, holding positions from Associate to Senior Associate. An educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University and studies in Environmental and Engineering GeoSciences at Radford University. Early education was completed at Staunton River High School and Governor's School - Patrick Henry.
