Abby Ward

Abby Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Abby began their career in 2003 as an intern at the Office of International Education at the University of Richmond. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Program Assistant & Court Clerk at the Marshall Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary. In 2008, they interned at both the Office of Alumni Relations and the Westhampton College Dean's Office at the University of Richmond.

Abby then transitioned into roles related to study abroad and program management at the University of Richmond. From 2005 to 2010, they served as a Project Coordinator, managing and advising students participating in study abroad and exchange programs in various countries. Abby also took on the responsibility of managing the Terra Dotta Software (StudioAbroad) at the university.

In 2010, Abby was promoted to the position of Study Abroad & Program Manager, where they continued to manage programs and provide student advising services. Abby utilized tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, and ZenDesk for CRM and project management purposes.

Abby further advanced their career at Terra Dotta, LLC, taking on the role of Manager, Customer Education & Enablement in 2022 and subsequently Manager, Customer Implementation & Education in 2023. These positions involved managing customer education, implementing solutions, and ensuring customer success.
