Ben Psillas (He/Him)

Ben Psillas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various sectors, particularly in fintech and higher education. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Terra Dotta, LLC since June 2023, Psillas oversees a global engagement platform utilized by over 700 higher education institutions. As Managing Partner at CrossServ Advisors since 2014, strategic advisory services are provided to venture capital and private equity firms, enhancing business growth and shareholder value. Psillas previously held the CEO role at First Performance, a data enrichment provider for major banks, and was instrumental in serving as Chief Revenue Officer and President at Debx, a fintech startup. Founding Allpoint Network, the largest surcharge-free ATM network, showcases Psillas's entrepreneurial spirit and success in creating significant value in the financial services industry. Psillas's career also includes executive roles at Cardtronics and Effinity Financial, along with service on the Board of Directors for the Electronic Funds Transfer Association. Psillas earned a BSBA in Finance from West Virginia University.
