Michael Land

Michael Land has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Michael began their career at Occidental Petroleum Corp. in 2003 as a Manager of Business Development. Michael then moved on to various roles within the company, including Planning and Evaluation Manager and Senior Manager of Corporate Development. In 2008, they joined Occidental Petroleum as a Director of Acquisitions and later became a Senior Director of Acquisitions. In 2011, Land joined Oxy as President and General Manager of Permian - Primary Development, where they successfully increased rig count and production within a two-year period. Michael was later promoted to President, Mid-Continent. In 2015, Land became the President and CEO of Terra Energy Partners LLC.
