Mitchell Horras, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at TERRA Engineering, Ltd. since March 2017. Prior to this role, Mitchell worked as a Staff Engineer at Manhard Consulting from February 2015 to February 2017, where responsibilities included designing subsurface utility infrastructure and conducting stormwater analysis for various developments. Earlier experience includes a Civil Engineering Intern position at Shive-Hattery, where onsite construction administration and concrete testing were performed, as well as supporting licensed surveyors. Mitchell began the engineering career as a Civil Engineer Intern with the City of Iowa City, focusing on inspecting subdivision developments. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa, completed in 2014.
