Kate De'Ath is an experienced professional in luxury brand management and marketing, currently serving as Operating Managing Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners since December 2022, overseeing the creative direction for Tamara Comolli Fine Jewellery and Villa Saletta. Previously, Kate held the position of Luxury Brand Strategist at Doğuş Grubu and was Group Marketing Director at Caprice Holdings Ltd. Kate's extensive background includes significant roles at Ralph Lauren, where responsibilities encompassed brand marketing and partnerships across EMEA, leading corporate projects, and managing high-profile sponsorships. Kate began a career in luxury business development, establishing partnerships within a Private HNW Investment Network and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol.
