Paul Hatter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and financial management across various prestigious firms. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Terra Firma Capital Partners, Paul previously held senior roles at Harbour as Group COO & Managing Director, and Interim CEO of Harbour Insurance Underwriting. Other notable positions include COO, CFO & CRO at CIRCUITUS CAPITAL LLP, and COO/CFO roles at The Investor Forum CIC. Additionally, Paul spent 15 years at UBS Investment Bank in various capacities including COO and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Earlier experience includes significant financial leadership roles at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse, as well as auditing at Coopers & Lybrand. Paul holds a BSc (Econ) Hons in Accounting & Finance from Aberystwyth University and is a member of ICAEW.
