Rachel Denning serves as the Co-Head of Human Capital at Terra Firma Capital Partners since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in executive search and human resources. Previously, Rachel held the position of SVP Global Executive Search & Talent Intelligence at Warner Bros. Discovery from June 2019 to September 2024, achieving over $275 million in global cost savings and overseeing the hiring of more than 2,500 C-Suite and senior executives. Rachel's prior roles at WarnerMedia included Vice President of Executive Search & Talent Management and Executive Director of Resourcing & People Development, where significant contributions were made to international HR strategy and talent management across various divisions. Rachel also served as HR Director at Warner Music Group, where the HR strategy was redesigned to adapt to a changing business model, and gained experience in HR leadership roles at Burton Retail Group and Normans Superwarehouses, managing large teams and employee bases.
