Rafeal Vera Jr.

Rafeal Vera Jr. is an experienced Renewable Energy Field Engineer at Terra-Gen, LLC, where responsibilities include performing root cause analyses on various turbine component failures and providing engineering support on site operations. Previously, Rafeal held positions at FieldCore as an Electrical Wind Turbine Technician I and at PepsiCo in various supply chain leadership roles, including logistics, maintenance, and warehouse management, overseeing extensive teams and equipment. Rafeal gained valuable hands-on experience as a Student Mechanic at Northern Arizona University, where Rafeal also served as a Technical Design Lead for a wind turbine project. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Spanish from Northern Arizona University, along with technical training certifications.
