Claudia Vegueria, MAcc, currently serves as a Property Management Accountant at Terra since September 2023, overseeing all accounting functions within the property management division. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Property Accountant at Parmenter from February 2019 to September 2023, and as Lead Accountant for the One Thousand Museum Project at Plaza Construction from February 2018 to January 2019, where responsibilities included detailed monthly owner billings and collaboration with project executives on job costing. Claudia's career began at CMC Group, where roles included Assistant Controller, Staff Accountant, and Accounts Payable Clerk from March 2006 to February 2018. Claudia holds a Master in Accounting with a Forensics Specialization and a BBA in Accounting, both from St. Thomas University, completed in 2017 and 2013 respectively.
