Dan Nejman

Dan Nejman has a diverse work experience. Dan is currently a Co-Founder at Terra Optima Labs, where they work on transforming organic wastes into high-value products to improve agriculture and tackle climate change. Prior to this, Dan worked as a Freelance Marketing and Creative Services professional, specializing in branding consultancy and graphic design. Dan also held positions at Ivey Social Impact Club and Student Energy, where they served as VP of Social Enterprise and VP of Projects, respectively. Additionally, they worked as an Impact Consulting Analyst at Pillar Nonprofit Network and as an Analyst at Social Innovation Academy. Dan also co-founded Myoprynt Nutrition Inc. and served as a Chairperson - Sustainability Working Group at the University Students' Council at Western University. Dan was also involved with The Purple Spur Society, Western University's oldest and largest social club, where they held executive team positions. Prior to their other roles, Dan worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the Western Student Recreation Centre.

Dan Nejman completed their high school education at Denis Morris Catholic High School, where they received their High School Diploma in 2017. Dan then went on to attend Western University, starting in 2017 and graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies, with a focus in Finance. During their time at Western University, they also participated in the Propel Summer Accelerator (PSI) Cohort in 2019, which focused on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies. Additionally, from 2019 to 2021, Dan Nejman attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they pursued an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship.
