Matt Ehlen

Matt Ehlen began their career in 2007 as President and Owner of Golden Bear Sportswear / GB Sport, where they held full charge responsibility for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, human resources, and information systems. Matt designed and implemented a new ERP system, and was instrumental in reshaping the wholesale business from principally an importer to a domestic manufacturer. In 2018, Ehlen became Chief Financial Officer of Terra Outdoor Living, where they had a hands-on and multifaceted role in a lean and fast-growing business. Matt was responsible for full charge financial reporting and controls, and instituted a weekly management dashboard on key metrics.

Matt Ehlen earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Jose State University between 1987 and 1989. Matt then went on to earn a Master's degree in Finance from Golden Gate University.
