Kellie Carte-Sears

Kellie Carte-Sears serves as a Trustee at Terra State Community College, having been appointed by Governor Kasich in 2016 and reappointed with a term ending in 2024. Previously, Kellie held the position of President at Bobby's Truck and Bus Repair from 1989 to 2019, where oversight of strategy, marketing, operations, finance, and administration was provided, along with launching a Mobility Division for senior and disabled transportation services. Kellie also served as Business Development and Marketing Manager/Consultant at E.C.I. Inc. from 2011 to 2015, where a new brand campaign, See My Abilities™, was developed, gaining significant media coverage. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tiffin University and dual Associate degrees in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences from Terra State Community College.
