Stephanie Hellquist, PE, PMP, MBA, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in engineering and project controls. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Terra Technologies LLC since March 2016, Stephanie has previously held positions at HNTB Corporation as a Utilities Engineer and Project Controls Specialist from December 2013 to February 2016, and at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities as a Project Controls & Change Control Engineer from March 2008 to November 2013. Stephanie holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
