Mark Hardee

Mark Hardee is currently working as an Asset Manager at TerraCap Management, LLC. Mark also holds the position of Chairman of the Terra Bella Community Development District - Board of Supervisors. Prior to this, Mark served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield and as a Commercial Property Manager at PS Business Parks, Inc. Mark has experience in construction project engineering from their time at Moss & Associates, LLC. Mark holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning.
