Patrick Melton

Patrick Melton is currently the Director of Institutional Sales at TerraCap Management, LLC, where Patrick is responsible for institutional investor relations and is a partner in a $300 million private equity real estate fund. Prior to their current role, Patrick served as the Chairman of the Board at Wayne County Employees Retirement System and held various leadership positions at Wayne County Michigan and the Wayne County Sheriffs Department. Patrick holds an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis and has a strong educational background from University of Michigan, Henry Ford College, and Dearborn High / Lake Fenton High.
