Bill Winfield

Bill Winfield has extensive experience in the field of operations. From 2006 to present, they have been the Director of Operations and Project Manager for Terracare Associates. Bill also served as the General Manager for the Grand Lake Metropolitan Recreation District from 2006 to present. Prior to that, they were the Director of Golf for Tahoe Donner Association from 2001 to 2006.

Bill Winfield received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Microbiology from the University of Wyoming between 1977 and 1986. Bill then attended the San Diego Golf Academy between 1986 and 1988, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
