Rick Ellis

Rick Ellis has been with Terracare Associates since March 2010, progressing through various roles including Field Supervisor, Assistant Project Manager, and currently serving as Project Manager for the Northwest Parkway since April 2018. This extensive experience includes responsibilities such as Traffic Control Supervision, Snow Supervision, and Shop Management, along with strong skills in team building, staff development, and conflict resolution. Rick possesses a Class "A" CDL license, is CPR/First Aid certified, and has expertise in data management, report preparation, and organizational tasks.
