Brandon Crowell

Brandon Crowell has worked in the software industry since 1997. In that time, they have held various positions with different companies. Brandon began their career at Masterwork Electronics as an Assistant Engineering Manager in 1997, where they designed printed circuit board hardware and software for a electronic manufacturing service provide for micro control systems. Brandon also developed software for the vending industry communication standards using serial communication interface protocols and created test scripts in C++ to minimize production test time by 30%. In 2001, they joined Dynatex as a Software Engineer, where they designed software for a semiconductor equipment OEM supplier of scribe and break machines.

From 2005 to 2018, Brandon held various roles at WorkforceLogic, including VP, Development and Director, Development. In their roles they led the Development team, executed a communication strategy, led a project to move the organization from Waterfall to Scrum, and implemented Scrum software methodology.

In 2018, Brandon moved to HydroPoint Data Systems as the Director of Software Development, where they led a team of developers and testers for a cloud based IoT provider that produces smart irrigation controllers and flow sensor devices.

Most recently, Brandon has been a Principal Consultant at Terrace Consulting, Inc. since 2019. In this role, they work with Microsoft stack and Dell Boomi integration platform in the eCommerce industry to provide solutions for customers. Brandon also implements best practices around standard operating procedures, including project management and engineering release management processes.

Brandon Crowell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the DeVry Institute of Technology between 1993 and 1996. Brandon has since obtained several certifications from Microsoft and Dell Boomi, including a Microsoft Azure Developer Associate in December 2020, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals in December 2019, Dell Boomi Production Administrator in September 2019, Dell Boomi Professional Architect in September 2019, and Dell Boomi Professional Developer in August 2019.
