Dave Reynolds

Dave Reynolds, PE, has over three decades of experience in environmental engineering and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the National Manager of Regulatory Compliance Services and Environmental Department Manager at Terracon since January 2013, Dave also held the position of Senior Engineer in the Environmental sector. Prior to joining Terracon, Dave was a Senior Air Quality Engineer at Liesch Associates, Inc. from November 1992 to December 2012, and Dave began their career as an Air Quality Engineer at Braun Intertec Corporation in 1991. Dave holds a degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, earned in 1991.
