Matthew Cosentino

Matthew Cosentino is a Partner at TerraCRG, a position held since 2010, where responsibility includes developing the multifamily and mixed-use practice in Brooklyn's evolving neighborhoods. Cosentino has successfully sold over 140 properties in these asset classes, totaling more than $400 million in value, establishing a reputation as an expert in the field. Previously, Cosentino served as a Trial Practice Associate at Jones Day from 2004 to 2010. Cosentino holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center (2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Georgetown University (2001).
