Monika Tuur-Bordanov's work experience starts in 2005 as a volunteer at Ute Wohlrab´s Horse Breeding Farm. In 2006, they worked as an Assistant/care taker at Hargo Talu, Estonia. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Hotel Telegraaf as a Waitress and hostess, and also held an intern position. In 2011, they worked as a Work placement volunteer at Camley Street Natural Park and as a Waitress at Esfahan Restaurant. From 2011 to present, they have worked at TerraCycle in various roles, including Global Head of Quality, European Operations Controller Manager, Europe Operations Controller, European Operations Manager, Office Coordinator and Project Manager, E-commerce and Zero Waste Boxes, Junior Admin Assistant, and as an Intern.
Monika Tuur-Bordanov attended Merivälja Elementary School from 1994 to 2000. During this time, they studied subjects such as Estonian, Maths, English, and Russian. Following their elementary education, they went on to Pirita Gymnasium of Economics from 2000 to 2006. There, they focused on subjects such as Estonian, English, economy, chemistry, physics, and math. Lastly, Monika pursued their higher education at Tallinn University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a BSc, Diploma 2:1. Monika'sstudies at the university involved Statistical Methods in Practice, Basics of Scientific Research, and Mathematical Methods in Nature Science.
