Gregory Toto

Gregory Toto is a seasoned professional in product management and development with extensive experience in leading product organizations across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Terradepth since March 2025, Toto oversees seabed-to-cloud data intelligence initiatives. As a self-employed fractional product leader since June 2020, Toto has been instrumental in developing effective product organizations with a strong emphasis on user-centered design and customer-validated roadmaps. Prior roles include Vice President of Product at Expanse (2017-2020), where key functions in engineering and data science were also led, and Senior Vice President of Product & Development at Apteligent (2015-2017), focusing on mobile application intelligence. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Products at Moka5 (2013-2015). Toto holds both a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Carnegie Mellon University.
