Jennifer Mills

Jennifer Mills is a highly experienced researcher and leader in the field of climate science and technology. Currently serving as the Research and Development Lead at Terradot, Mills focuses on Enhanced Rock Weathering as a climate solution. Previously, as Co-Founder and Science Lead at Cascade Climate, Mills led technical efforts in enhanced rock weathering and marine carbon dioxide removal initiatives. At Heirloom, Mills contributed as an Advisor and Senior Research Scientist, driving research in Direct Air Capture technology. A PhD candidate at UC Berkeley, Mills specialized in carbonate crystal growth and carbon cycling. With a strong educational background, including a PhD in Geochemistry from UC Berkeley, and multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, Mills brings extensive expertise in carbon management and climate interventions.
