The Operations Team at Terrafix® Geosynthetics Inc. is responsible for overseeing the efficient production, distribution, and installation of our geosynthetic products. Comprised of Warehouse Managers, an Internal Operations Manager, an Operations Manager for Installation Services, a Supply Chain Manager, and a WHSE Yard Coordinator, the team ensures that products are manufactured to the highest standards, properly stored, and delivered on time to meet client needs. They coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and streamline processes to optimize performance and maintain superior service quality.
