Graham Doorley's work experience begins in 2001 at EDGE Product Development, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer for four years. During this time, they developed a dynamic seating system for the US Navy. Graham then moved on to Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company in 2006, where they worked as a Specialty Engineer analyzing and testing satellite components for two years. Following that, they joined Tesla Motors in 2010 as a Mechanical Systems Engineer responsible for the design and engineering of the Tesla Model S sedan's suspension. Graham gained project management experience and cutting-edge engineering skills during their two-year tenure.
In 2012, Doorley joined PhaseOne FCS as a Principal/Program Specialist/Lead Engineer for a year. Graham then transitioned to Google in 2013, working as a Mechanical Engineer for Google [x] until 2016. In 2016, Doorley started their tenure at Waymo, a subsidiary of Google, as a Senior Engineer in Self-Driving Systems. Graham contributed to the development of autonomous vehicle technology until September 2021, when they joined RESPONSE MOTORS, LLC as the Founder.
Graham'smost recent role is Chief Executive Officer at Terraline, beginning in September 2021. Doorley has held the position of CEO at Terraline since October 2021.
Graham Doorley pursued their higher education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Materials Science & Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University from 2002 to 2006. Later, they attended Stanford University from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their Masters in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics.
