Elena Kim

Elena Kim, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in ERP systems and SAP business operations. Currently serving as Project Manager at TerraLink since July 2016, Elena has been overseeing a large support and development project since January 2022, managing a team of over 20 consultants across multiple locations. Previously, as Head of the SAP Center of Expertise, responsibilities included managing a Partner Center of Excellence and collaborating closely with vendors and clients. Earlier roles include Director of ERP at Richfit International, where Elena established a Partner Center of Excellence and oversaw an enterprise division PMO, and Manager ERP at PetroKazakhstan, responsible for managing support teams and ensuring the smooth operation of ERP systems. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Baltic Institute of Foreign Languages and International Intercultural Cooperation.
