Eric Kurtz

Eric Kurtz has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Eric currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Development at TerraMai, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Product Manager at TerraMai from 2020 to 2022. Before joining TerraMai, Eric worked as a Senior Product Manager at Generac Power Systems from 2019 to 2020. Eric also held various roles at Bostik, starting as a Market Manager for Hardwood, Resilient & Surface Preparation Systems from 2012 to 2018, and later advancing to the position of Senior Market Manager in 2018 and 2019. Eric's earlier experiences include working as a Product & Engineering Manager at Lumicor from 2008 to 2012, and as a Product Manager at Maxon Furniture from 1996 to 2008. Eric began their career at HNI Corporation, where they served as a Senior Technologies Development Engineer from 1996 to 1999.

Eric Kurtz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained between 1990 and 1995. Eric later pursued an MBA in Organizational Change from the University of Washington between 2000 and 2003. In addition to their degrees, Eric Kurtz obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the Green Building Certification Institute in March 2015.
