Alexandra Caplan

Alexandra Caplan has gained a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Alexandra currently works as a Campus Recruiter and Technical Recruiter Sourcer at Terran Orbital Corporation. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Analyst/Recruiter at Kofax, where they supported the full recruitment process for Technical and Marketing positions. Alexandra also implemented a new Application Tracking System and managed recruitment contracts and job descriptions. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Kofax and as a Human Resources Assistant at Premier Health Group. Additionally, Alexandra has retail experience, having worked as a Seasonal Worker and Sales Cashier at Nordstrom. In these roles, they provided exceptional customer service and assisted with various customer and sales-related tasks.

Alexandra Caplan completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Communication from San Diego State University. Alexandra studied at the university from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Learning Admin from LinkedIn in March 2018.
