Andrew Butler

Andrew Butler has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Andrew started their career as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Structure Networks in 2004, where they were responsible for finding and placing IT/software engineering professionals for high-profile accounts. Andrew then worked as a Recruiting Manager at Kore1 Technologies from 2011 to 2013, where they recruited IT/software engineering professionals for various industries. After that, they joined Irvine Technology Corporation as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from 2013 to 2017, where they facilitated the talent acquisition process for infrastructure/application development roles.

In 2017, Andrew worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Mobilitie, where they established the company's professional services division and handled project staffing. Andrew then joined Platinum Resource Group as a Senior Recruiter in 2017 and was responsible for talent acquisition on a national scale. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Irvine Technology Corporation, managing the talent acquisition process for various industries in southern California.

Currently, Andrew works as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Terran Orbital Corporation, leading national recruitment efforts for engineering groups and handling full-cycle recruiting for engineers, management, and executive-level roles.

Andrew Butler has a Bachelor's degree in Geography (GIS) from San Diego State University.
