Michael Truong

Michael Truong is a highly skilled aerospace engineer currently serving as the Lead Responsible Engineer for the Actuations and Mechanisms Modules Group at Terran Orbital Corporation since November 2023. Responsibilities include leading engineering support for spacecraft module manufacturing, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing process improvement projects, and resolving technical issues. Previously, Michael held various roles, including Product Sustainment Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer 1, contributing to spacecraft testing and production scaling. Michael's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UC Irvine, complemented by significant research and hands-on experience in both liquid and solid-propellant rocket design through the UCI Rocket Project. Additionally, teaching experience as a Mathematics Tutor showcases strong communication skills and a commitment to education.
