Ralph Grippo

Ralph Grippo has a wide range of experience in the hospitality industry. Beginning in 2000, they worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as an Area VP and later became the Vice President and Area General Manager. In 2007, they joined The Irvine Company as President and held this position until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Grippo served as Principal at Bellwether Financial Group. Currently, they are the President of Terranea Resort, a luxury resort on the southern coast of California with breathtaking ocean views.
