Jessie Sbragia has work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting with Bombardier in 2014, they worked as an Intern, assisting with customer business aircraft interior selection meetings, organizing presentations for customer private aircrafts, and participating in internal meetings focused on customer satisfaction tactics. From 2015 to 2018 at Sotramont, Jessie worked as a Hostess, greeting potential clients for a development project, providing pricing and fact sheets, and giving tours of condos, townhouses, and stacked homes. Then, at Traffic Tech from 2018 to 2020, they served as a Customer Service Representative, building and maintaining strong vendor and client relationships, negotiating costs with shippers and carriers, and monitoring the pickup and delivery process. At Globe Electric from 2020 to 2022, Jessie held multiple roles, including Product Development Coordinator, where they coordinated and managed tasks related to product development, conducted market research, and communicated with vendors. They also worked as an Associate Product Manager and as a Project Manager during their time at Globe Electric. Currently, since 2022, Jessie works as a Customer Success Manager at Terranova Security.

Jessie Sbragia completed a Bachelor's degree in Major Human Relations - Organization Development and Change from Concordia University, which took place from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Social Science with Psychology at CEGEP - John Abbott College from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Jessie obtained certifications in Human Resources Foundations and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in June and May 2021, respectively.
