Brenda Douglass

Brenda Douglass is an accomplished environmental scientist with extensive experience in air quality management and project oversight. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Kiewit since February 2023 and at Terraphase Engineering Inc. since September 2019, Brenda leads air quality projects, overseeing management, scheduling, budgeting, and team assembly, while also focusing on business development and proposal preparation. Previously, as a Managing Consultant at Trinity Consultants and a Principal Scientist at Sierra Research, responsibilities included comprehensive project management, client relations, and development of project deliverables. Brenda began the professional journey as an Air Quality Engineer for EL DORADO COUNTY and as a Project Scientist at Air/Compliance Consultants, Inc. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
