Hongbin Zhang

Hongbin Zhang has a strong background in nuclear engineering, with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Nuclear Safety at TerraPower LLC, Hongbin previously held various roles at Idaho National Laboratory and GE Nuclear Energy/Global Nuclear Fuel. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia, Hongbin has progressed through roles such as Research Staff, Group Leader, Department Manager, Program Manager, Distinguished Researcher, Senior Engineer, Technical Program Manager, and Customer Account Leader.
