Larisa Rakickas

Larisa Rakickas is an experienced Payroll and Benefit Analyst currently working at TerraPower since December 2023. Previously, Larisa served as a Payroll/Tax Specialist at NAES Corporation, where responsibilities included processing bi-weekly payroll for over 30 plants, managing tax compliance, and resolving tax notices. Prior roles include Payroll and Finance Coordinator at the Allen Institute, overseeing full cycle payroll for approximately 500 employees and performing various accounting functions, and Staff Accountant at Paula's Choice Skincare, managing accounts payable and receivable. Larisa began a volunteer role at Challenger Elementary School, assisting teachers and organizing fundraising activities. Larisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Belarusian State Economic University.
