Meaghan Harding

Meaghan Harding has extensive experience in various industries and roles. From 2023 to the present, they have been serving as the Director of Design Authority at TerraPower. Prior to this, Meaghan worked at BLUE ORIGIN from 2016 to 2023, holding multiple senior director positions, including Facilities and Administrative Services, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement. Meaghan also served as the Process Improvement Manager during their time at BLUE ORIGIN. Before that, Meaghan worked at Westinghouse Electric Company as an Engineering Manager, Continuous Improvement specialist, and Principal Project Engineer from 2009 to 2016. Meaghan also gained experience as an Application Engineer at Square D by Schneider Electric in 2008 and as a Supervisor at Michelin in 2007. Meaghan started their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Surface Nuclear Officer from 2002 to 2007. Overall, Meaghan Harding's work experience demonstrates their expertise in various areas such as project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and engineering.

Meaghan Harding, PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. Meaghan furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Old Dominion University from 2006 to 2008.
