Ryan Fayewicz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the power and nuclear sectors. Currently serving as Operations Procedures and Programs Manager and Principal Engineer at TerraPower since March 2023, Ryan previously held key roles at Constellation as Design Engineering Manager Lead and Engineering Manager for Balance of Plant (BOP). With over eleven years at Exelon Nuclear, Ryan progressed from Engineering Manager and Work Week Manager to Control Room Supervisor, holding a Licensed Senior Reactor Operator certification. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Project Manager at Westinghouse Power and a Design Engineer Co-Op at Siemens, where Ryan contributed as the lead engineer on two patents.
