Austin Dirks

Austin Dirks currently holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Terrarium since January 2025 and serves as a Venture Partner at SpringTide Ventures, where responsibilities include evaluating and supporting business opportunities. From March 2022 to March 2024, Austin was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President at symplr, previously holding the role of Vice President of Product. Prior to that, Austin founded and served as CEO of GreenLight Medical from July 2014 until its acquisition by symplr in March 2022. GreenLight Medical developed an all-in-one cloud platform designed to facilitate online collaboration for new medical technology introduction and purchasing decisions for hospitals. Educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
