Ari Unterman

Ari Unterman has extensive work experience, starting with a role as Boating Director at Camp Kadimah from July 2008 to August 2012. From 2013 to 2015, Ari worked as a Legal Student, specializing in Creditors' Rights, at Bennington Financial Services Corp. In 2014, Ari also served as a Research Assistant in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and as a Teaching Assistant for a Commercial Law & Business Agreements Seminar Course at the University of Windsor.

In 2016, Ari held two positions simultaneously. At Cobalt Lawyers, Ari served as a Student at Law from August 2016 to June 2017. Additionally, Ari worked at Clausehound as a member of the Marketing, Business Development & Customer Success team during the same time frame.

Ari's next role was as an Investor Relations & Legal Coordinator at TerrAscend from June 2017 to November 2017. Following this, Ari became the Director of Operations & Legal Counsel at TerrAscend from November 2017 to July 2018. From July 2018 to October 2020, Ari held the position of Vice President of Business Development at the same company.

Subsequently, Ari served as Vice President of Business Planning & Development at TerrAscend from October 2020 to April 2022. Currently, Ari holds the position of Vice President, Legal at TerrAscend, starting in April 2022.

Ari Unterman pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a specialization in Global Environmental Governance from Western University between 2008 and 2012. Subsequently, they attended the University of Windsor from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a joint professional degree in Doctor of Law (JD) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). The field of study for the latter degree is not specified.
