Kari Finn

Kari Finn, MST, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax management and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at TerrAscend since February 2024, Kari previously held the position of Tax Manager at Hamilton Lane from July 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included reviewing ASC 740 provision calculations, automating workpapers, and expanding the tax department's capabilities. Prior roles include Supervising Senior Tax Analyst at Global Tax Management and Tax Analyst at TE Connectivity, with a focus on managing corporate tax returns and provisions, conducting research, and improving internal processes.
