Justin Porter

Justin Porter is a strategic Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience in various HR roles within large multinational companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at TerraSource Global, Justin has previously excelled in positions such as Employee Relations Manager at Emerson and Manager of Employee Relations at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions. They have a proven track record of enhancing employee engagement and implementing effective HR programs, while also supporting employees across the globe. Justin is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Idaho and has completed coursework towards an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
